Members download Tide Pass
One free app for the members of every business on RentalTide. Tell them at the desk, in an email, or on your website.
They sign in with a code
We send a one-time code to the email or phone number you have on file for them. No password to set or forget.
Their membership is there
Card, bookings, plan and chat, for your business. A member of two RentalTide businesses switches between them in the same app.
Your icon on their home screen
Members can switch Tide Pass to your business’s own icon, so your brand sits on their home screen. Business icons ship with app releases: ask us to add yours.

Before you tell your members
No. Tide Pass is free to download, and members sign in with the email or phone number on their membership.
No. Every RentalTide membership works with it. Memberships > Member app shows who is using it, the store links to share once the app is live, and the announcement you can send each week.
Booking reminders go out by themselves, the day before and two hours before. On top of that you can send one announcement a week, which reaches members who switched announcements on in the app.
Tide Pass is one app for every business, and members can switch its home-screen icon to their business's own. Business icons ship with app releases, so ask us and we will add yours.
The QR code changes every 30 seconds and is tied to their signed-in phone, so a screenshot or a forwarded photo stops working almost at once. Signing out of the app turns the card off.
