Your booking page has a version 2 — and it's one button away
Accounts set up before the new booking experience still serve the legacy page. One button under Marketing → SEO & Embed Tools → Design switches you over — and unlocks colors, logos, hero art and duration presets.
This week: the V2 booking experience.
Where to find it
On the left-hand side, open Marketing → SEO & Embed Tools, then the Design tab.
At the top you'll see a banner: "Upgrade to the V2 booking experience." If that banner is there, you are still on the legacy booking page.
What changes
The legacy page is the one your customers see today — functional, but plain. V2 gives you:
- A new hero at the top of the catalog
- A three-card configurator — dates, time, and booking summary side by side
- A stepper checkout, so guests move through one decision at a time
- A Share button in the top right of the page
- Skippy, so guests who know what they want get through faster
Same fleet, same availability, same prices. Cleaner path to the Book button.
One thing to know before you click
Converting is permanent. There is no switch back to the old template. It is the same booking data either way — but read the banner, don't just click it.
Then make it yours
Once you're on V2, the rest of the Design tab is yours to set once and forget. It applies everywhere automatically — no color parameters bolted onto your booking links:
- Suggested durations — the 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 hour presets in the duration picker
- Guest options — the 1–6, 7–12, 13+ buckets
- Hide search bar — removes the date / duration / guest bar and the category and amenity filters from the catalog, on both public and internal pages
- Colors — primary, accent, secondary, background, header band
- Logo, hero headline, hero subline, hero background image
Hit Save branding, then use the Live Preview at the bottom to see the real page before your customers do.
Thirty seconds to convert. Five minutes to make it look like your business.
See you next week.

All right, so today's thirty second tip. On the left-hand side, if you scroll down to the Marketing tab and then under SEO & Embed Tools, over to the embedded site — we're going to want to make sure that our version two is enabled.
You're going to find this under Design, and you're going to want to convert this to version two. This is going to move you from the legacy provider, which looks like this — and when you click in, it looks like so — and it's going to move you over to this, where we have our new theme. You can jump in here, you can share things on the top right. Much cleaner look.
Now if we head back to the Design portion, here we can modify the suggested durations, you can hide the search bar, you can change all your colors throughout. You can add custom logos, hero headline, subtitles, backgrounds — all the fun things to customize it to look exactly how you want.
